Programme Description
This qualification recognizes individuals with the skills to perform basic ICT tasks. It covers using word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, the internet and email, database basics, and desktop publishing. Learners also gain basic knowledge in first aid, workplace communication, health and safety, HIV/AIDS awareness, and entrepreneurship.
Qualification Requirements
This qualification will be awarded to students credited with a minimum of 111 credits, and who have met the requirements of the programme.

Programme Description
This qualification recognises individuals with the skills to support and maintain computer systems. It covers key areas such as PC and server administration, operating systems, computer architecture, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and network technologies including TCP/IP and WAN.
Qualification Requirements
This qualification will be awarded to students credited with a minimum of 73 credits, and who have met the requirements of the programme.
Who should apply?
- Candidates who have successfully completed the National Vocational Certificate in Information and Communication Technology (Foundation) (Level 2) or the equivalent thereof.
- Candidates who have obtained a Grade 10 Certificate or the equivalent thereof and individuals already employed in the field of office administration but without formal qualifications.
