The agreement was formalized yesterday by the Chief Executive Officer of the Usakos Town Council, Mr. Lesley Goreseb, and the Founder and Managing Director of International Training College-Lingua, Mrs. Ingrid Mettler. This partnership marks a significant step in bringing higher education closer to the youth and communities of Usakos.
